Sparta were appointed by Artium Construction to deliver the Drylining, Plastering and Ceilings package on the Pannal apartments development with a package value of £1,250,000.
Pannal 38 is a new-build apartment scheme for 38 dwellings at the former Dunloppilo Factory Site in Pannal, Harrogate. The development consists of 38 high-end apartments of a range of different sizes and styles.
Our Client Artium, and subsequently Sparta, were drafted in to complete the project which had been previously constructed to a shell by another contractor. We collaborated closely with our Client, the Architect and Building Control to overcome legacy issues, completing the SFS through-wall system and installing the internal drylining and plastering works. British Gypsum Quattro acoustic ceilings were installed throughout the communal areas.
The site team for the project was John Rowley and Shaun Bates, who have overseen the delivery of works and maintained quality throughout the project. The project commenced in December 2024 and ended in October 2025, with up to 25 of Sparta’s operatives working on the project during peak times.
