Sparta Systems delivered a £2,075,000 drylining, fire encasement and SAS metal ceilings package at 11 & 12 Wellington Place in Leeds for Wates. The project ran from November 2021 to December 2022 and formed part of the wider Wellington Place development, where Sparta Systems had previously completed works on WP4, WP7 and WP8.
Wellington 11 & 12 is a high-quality office development within one of Leeds’ most prominent commercial districts. The scheme continued the expansion of the Wellington Place estate, delivering modern, flexible office accommodation designed to a high specification throughout.
Sparta Systems carried out the internal drylining package along with fire encasements and the installation of SAS metal ceilings within the core areas across twelve floors. A large scaled and face paced project which was managed well by all involved.
The site team for this project was Dave Fordham, John Rowley, Andrei Bagrin and Shaun Bates with up to 50 of Sparta’s operatives working on the project during peak times.
